Evergreen Certifications

Naturopathic Doctor earned through Trinity School of Natural Health in Warsaw, IN. Related certifications in additional modalities earned through Continuing Education.
I am also trained, but not certified, as a Childbirth Educator and Doula. Extra certifications are currently not required for these practices.

This certification is important to me because there is nothing more natural than breathing and having a heartbeat. As a Naturopathic Doctor, I practice under the injunction to choose life, and choosing life includes saving life.
My first profession was as a Medical Assistant, which provided me with significant emergency response experience. I still maintain the CMA(AAMA)

I was an LPCC and LCDC-III working in the public sector for 20 years. The experience was invaluable, and "the system" continually put more and more constraints on which modalities I could and could not use to guide people towards emotional and behavioral wellness. The CIMHP certification allows me to use effective adjunct solutions in conjunction with their standard mental health care to assist people with their emotional recovery.

About Us

My interest in natural health began in childhood, but became my passion when the late Carolen Koleszar, ND, helped me manage Graves' Disease, and eventually put it into remission, without surgery or toxic medications. I was so impressed I decided I also wanted to help people manage their health challenges as naturally as possible.
